5 star company! Easy to communicate, answered right away and gave us a very good price. The inspection for a probable home purchase was very detailed and highly professional! They were on time, early actually so they can do their roof inspection before the rain!

Humberto and Mike both came to the property. They were on time, took pictures, gave us advice, etc. They asked us some questions, and they provided lots of insights. They got under the crawl space on the roof etc.

Two things that impressed me about them included:

1. I reached out to Humberto and he got back to me in 2 minutes (after the report was complete).

2. I asked them for essentially an upcharge and they both said, "We don't want to waste your money - you don't need that" That was nice of Mike and Humberto to say.

Lots of company will give you an upcharge. Also, Humberto has given me at least a dozen referrals for other work. He's a very polite and professional person.

Same thing for Mike. Mike did a good job on the report. Overall great team!

Humberto and his team were excellent. Provided an extremely detailed report, which helped us negotiate with the seller. Was friendly and professional. During the inspection, provided numerous pieces of good advice regarding things we never would have thought of on our own. Generated a report efficiently. We were automatically enrolled for free in Porch, a concierge service that also provides recommendations for other professionals. Our realtor, who has a lot of experience, corroborated everything that the inspection turned up. Highly recommend this team for your inspection.
